Description:
3 - 7+ years UX UI Design for consumer design experience required.

We are looking for a highly motivated UX Designer to work on a high profile national brand site. Candidates must have proven user interface and visual design skills to create innovative customer experiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing end user experiences and communicating these ideas effectively with clients while being able to adhere to existing brand style guides and conventions.

Requirements:
- Minimum three to seven years experience providing visual design solutions in a web design, interactive, e-commerce, or other creative agency-like environment
- Execute front-end UI and Interaction design concepts along with implementation of new features
- Strong background in information architecture, usability, and innovative user interface design concepts
- Collaborate with product management, engineering and senior executives to create original user-centric designs that reflect business requirements
- Create prototypes of your designs for stakeholder approval
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing to refine the user experience
- Lead creative process for multiple client engagements across all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategic planning through launch
- Work with ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand design solutions to build a superior customer experience
- Evaluate the customer experience of existing websites and, when necessary, perform in-depth heuristic reviews, assessments of brand communication
- Produce and manage design documentation including style guides and user interaction specifications
- Exhibit a pixel-perfect attention to detail
